Supporting regional startups and innovators (Closed)
Startup Estonia is continuing its regional focus in 2025 to strengthen the development of the startup ecosystem across Estonia. As part of this effort, the Expert Counselling Program is back — offering tailored support to early-stage startup teams and aspiring founders throughout the country.
What is the Expert Counselling Program?
The program connects startups and individuals with experienced mentors who provide free one-on-one or group counselling. The goal is to bring valuable knowledge and expertise to regional communities, helping founders move from idea to action.
Who Can Apply?
The program is open to:

Startups whose legal entity is registered outside Harju and Tartu counties, and
-
Individuals interested in building startups – for them, location does not matter.
What’s Offered?
Experts provide free support on a range of startup-related topics. In total, around 170 hours of expert counselling will be offered between April and November 2025. Counselling can be booked directly with the expert based on the topic of your interest.
