  • Viljar LubiEstonian Ambassador to the United Kingdom
  • Kaspar Korjus, co-founder of Pactum
    Kaspar Korjus was the founding Managing Director of Estonia e-Residency from 2014-2019. He has assisted governments worldwide to become digital and borderless. In 2019, he co-founded Pactum, an AI-based tool for automating business negotiations. He is on the Forbes Estonia ’30 under 30′ number 1 in the Technology and Finance column.
  • Carlos Paniagua, co-founder of Glia
    Carlos Paniagua is the co-founder and CTO of Glia, a leading digital customer service provider and Estonia’s 10th unicorn. Born in Guatemala, Carlos has spent a third of his life in Estonia, where he is also currently residing and running the technical team of Glia. The rest of the Glia team is based in the US. Carlos’s presence in Estonia proves that foreign investor’s role in the Estonian economy and society must not be underestimated.
  • Kristel Kruustük, co-founder of Testlio
    Kristel Kruustük is the Founder and Board Director of Testlio. She is deeply passionate about software testing and entrepreneurship and is driven to make a meaningful impact in the tech industry. She is also a big advocate of finding harmony in one’s life and promotes diversity and female leadership in the startup ecosystem.
  • Taavi Kotka, founder of Koos
    Estonia’s first Chief Information Officer, led the nation’s digital revolution in 2013. Pioneering ‘e-Estonia’ and innovative concepts, such as E-Residency, he earned acclaim as Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year. Today, as CEO of KOOS, he continues shaping the digital landscape, enabling communities to share in the success of beloved companies through virtual shares.
  • Chris Shirley, Founder of Haus of Hiatus
    Chris Shirley, a former Royal Marines officer and advisor to the BBC. He has been in Estonia for over a year and is on his second Estonian Digital Nomad visa. Travelled in over 60 countries, he is a fellow of the Royal Geographical Society, a Guinness World Record holder from across the Atlantic Ocean, and a Marathon des Sables finisher. ‘Haus of Hiatus’ is a digital studio that he founded. It designs and amplifies startups, scale-ups and special projects around the world.Come and meet the Estonian government, startup leaders and key players and dance to some funky Estonian music!
