Calling For Deeptech Companies To Participate In One Of The Most Prestigious Yearly Gatherings

Hello Tomorrow Global Summit, from 21st-22nd of March, 2024 in Paris.
We have booked a 15-square-meter shared exhibition space designed and branded by Startup Estonia to represent Estonia together with 10 DeepTech companies and ecosystem actors.

10 companies will be selected. In addition to the exhibition space, we offer reimbursement up to 990 euros (incl taxes) per company:
- Startup ticket (370 EUR) and travel costs up to reimbursement value.
- Startup tickets (740 EUR) and travel costs up to reimbursement value.
- Investor Day ticket (990 EUR) – includes access to the Summit. NB! Access to Investor Day (on March 20th) will be granted by the Hello Tomorrow team after reviewing your application. - Travel costs only (max 990 EUR). In case you have already purchased the Summit ticket(s).
Eligibility criteria:
- The technology being developed is based on scientific discovery, and the technology has potential to be breakthrough (disruptive) and scalable.
- The company is registered as a legal entity in Estonia.
- The company has a product at least at TRL level 4 (technology validated in a lab).
- The company has raised investment or received a public grant in the last 2 years.
- The company has submitted annual reports on time and has no public debts.
General conditions:
- This grant is part of “de minimis” aid regulation (vähese tähtsusega abi). De minimis aid refers to small amounts of State aid to companies that do not have to be notified to the European Commission by the EU Member States. The maximum amount is € 200,000 for each undertaking over a 3-year period. More info about “de minimise” aid can be found HERE.
- The de minimis aid amount per participant will be up to 2000 EUR. After the event, the amount will be corrected according to the actual costs.
- For traveling reimbursement, all traveling documentation must be preserved for reporting purposes.
