Startup Estonia program is implemented under the Minister of Entrepreneurship 14th of July 2015 decree nr 15-0206 and the program´s main initiative is to support the Estonian startup ecosystem. Startup Estonia program is funded by the European Regional Development Fund.

One of the functions of the Startup Estonia program is to create and constantly update the Estonian Startup Database in order to provide an effective and informative environment for startups, private and public sectors, accelerators, incubators and for other interested parties.

Startup Estonia program is also responsible to provide statistical overviews of the Estonian startup sector and for official statistics, we are cooperating with several national bodies.

Estonian Startup Database is provided for public information purposes only and any search results generated within the Estonian Startup Database do not imply any legal opinion whatsoever on the part of Foundation KredEx or Startup Estonia program. Data contained in the Estonian Startup Database for public information does contain only information which uses for public information purposes is not restricted by applicable legislation.

3. Liability for links

Estonian Startup Database does provide links to external websites provided by third parties over which Foundation KredEx and Startup Estonia program have no influence. The operator or provider of any website to which a link is provided remains responsible for the content and thus Foundation KredEx and Startup Estonia assume no responsibility for the content for such a website.

Sites to which links have been provided were checked for possible violations during the time the links were first created. Upon notification of violations, such links will be removed from Estonian Startup Database immediately. 

4. Notifications

If You do not wish to have information about Your startup available for public, do please let us know via email address database@startupestonia.ee and we will make sure that the data about Your startup is not available for public information. If you have any concerns regarding the Estonian Startup Database, please contact database@startupestonia.ee

All disputes resulting from the Estonian Startup Database are subject to the law of the Republic of Estonia.
